CP5 Recognises those people with 5 years’ service and beyond.
Even though we are only just 11 years old, we have a number of staff that have been team members for 5 years or over.
To recognise this we created CP5, a group within our team that gets to celebrate their service and also exchange ideas on the company’s future.
CP Hire in GB have an amazing 19 employees with well over 100 years’ combined service. Our inaugural event was in Cardiff where the CP5 members displayed their accuracy and guile whilst throwing axes, playing very crazy golf and finishing the evening off eating plenty of delicious Turkish food. A great night was had by all.
Our next event in October will also have the addition of at least two other members; making nearly 25% of our workforce CP5 member. An excellent statement I’m sure you’ll agree.
Keeping it in the Family
One of our longer-serving CP5 member is Jason Davies (pictured), based at our Swansea depot. Jason’s eldest son Dylan followed in his Dad’s footsteps and joined CP Hire 3 years ago. Dylan has since been followed by the younger of the Davies clan, Lewis. Surely there is no better recommendation on supporting your families future than having them come work with you.
