Closing Dates: CP Hire will be closing on Friday the 23rd of December and re-open on Tuesday the 3rd of January 2023.
Plant Suspensions & Collections
Should you wish us to collect plant from site after Friday 16th December, please instruct our Hire Desk as soon as possible. We regret it may not be possible for us to guarantee fulfilment without reasonable prior notice.
If you choose to keep Plant on site, we respectfully remind you it is your responsibility for the safekeeping, maintenance, and insurance coverage for all plant and equipment left on-site between the dates mentioned above.
With regard to mechanically Operated Plant equipment, we are able to suspend equipment on-site for bank holiday dates. If you wish for us to add any possible additional days to coincide with your Christmas closure period, then please notify us in writing.
Please note that hire charges will continue as usual in respect of all none mechanical plant and equipment remaining on-site over this period, i.e., fuel bowsers and welfare units.
Equipment Deliveries
With regard to equipment for delivery, week commencing Monday 19th December, please ensure that you have confirmed your request with our Hire Desk & that CP Hire GB Ltd have confirmed your allocated transport request. We regret it may not be possible for us to guarantee fulfilment without reasonable prior notice.
New Year Hiring
To avoid any possible disappointments for delivery in the new year, we would ask that you pre-order your hire requirements in advance.
